Publishd provides a platform for authors to format, print, and distribute their books. We act as a service provider and do not claim ownership of your intellectual property. You retain 100% of your rights.

3. Payments and Refunds

Pricing: Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change. Printing costs are calculated based on page count and trim size.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand services, we cannot offer refunds once a book has entered the "Printing" phase. If you notice an error before printing starts, please contact support immediately.

4. Content Guidelines

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all content you upload. We reserve the right to refuse to print content that constitutes hate speech, illegal acts, or copyright infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Publishd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service/order in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
